The staff was nice, attentive and took very good care of me while I was there for 10 weeks. The food was good, with a few odd items here and there, but overall better than expected. Overall pretty good!
Difficult to get along with.
Good Luck getting the doctor to call you back. In response to your response..... YOU WOULD'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS until the day I pulled my mother out of your facility. Absolutely horrifying experience.
Heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Neighborhoods of White Lake who took care of our mother these past 2.5 ish years. Nurses, aides, physical therapists, kitchen and housekeeping staff, and St Croix hospice staff are wonderful. You were all there to help us understand, gifted us with hugs, shoulders to grieve, and kind words that were so very much appreciated. Blessings to you all for your important work.
