Heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Neighborhoods of White Lake who took care of our mother these past 2.5 ish years. Nurses, aides, physical therapists, kitchen and housekeeping staff, and St Croix hospice staff are wonderful. You were all there to help us understand, gifted us with hugs, shoulders to grieve, and kind words that were so very much appreciated. Blessings to you all for your important work.
The staff was always caring and concerned for my Mom. Her room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly with me and always answered my questions. When it was time for hospice, the nurse helped me by contacting them for me. The staff was always available for support.
I want to share a concern about how patient care and mealtime services are managed at Trinity Health White Lake. CNAs are being stretched far beyond their role, which affects both residents and staff. For example, breakfast is at 8:00 AM, but CNAs must make sure meal orders are collected before that time. If the previous shift didn’t complete this task, the morning CNA has to catch up on meal tickets while also getting residents up, dressed, teeth brushed, and to the dining room in time for breakfast.
