Some of the nurse aides and med aides were not allowing the residents to have choices. If the residents didn't like the food offered for the meal, usually the residents were told that was the only food available. If residents who needed assistance wanted to go to the restroom 🚻🚺, they were told ok, give me a few minutes, then as I witnessed the residents would be waiting for a long time and then have an accident in their pants.
