Some of the nurse aides and med aides were not allowing the residents to have choices. If the residents didn't like the food offered for the meal, usually the residents were told that was the only food available. If residents who needed assistance wanted to go to the restroom 🚻🚺, they were told ok, give me a few minutes, then as I witnessed the residents would be waiting for a long time and then have an accident in their pants. Worst place you possibly send a loved. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I don't even want to imagine how they treat these people that are living here. It looks unsanitary. It wreaks of urine in the entire building . The place is disgusting. It should be looked at and possibly investigated!
Physical therapy was great (contracted from an outside company). The prepared meals were above average (kudos to the cooks). The skilled nursing care was rude, unskilled, indifferent to client needs, and unprofessional. Disregard for client safety, cleanliness, and medication requirements was alarming. I would not recommend their services. For what they charge, I would expect far better care. Score: 1/10.
I would not recommend The Neighborhoods by Tiger Place based on my family’s recent experience. We had ongoing concerns about the quality of care, including responsiveness from staff, attention to basic needs, and overall communication. At times, it felt like there was a lack of adequate support and oversight, which impacted our confidence in the care being provided.
