I'm new to the Neffs Bank. Every time I've been there, the staff is always nice, friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed. I've never felt like just a number when I was there. That's awesome
Great service! I went to Walnutport and they helped me when I was hacked. I went back and the teller helped me set up new log in and passwords because we locked the new accounts till I got phone checked out. Later the manager even called me to see how I was making out and said she would call tomarrow to make sure everything was posted correctly. Awesome service!!!!!
My father in law has been trying to get ahold of the bank manager for a couple days now , but no one calls him back . Very upsetting
