Great service! I went to Walnutport and they helped me when I was hacked. I went back and the teller helped me set up new log in and passwords because we locked the new accounts till I got phone checked out. Later the manager even called me to see how I was making out and said she would call tomarrow to make sure everything was posted correctly. Awesome service!!!!!
My father in law has been trying to get ahold of the bank manager for a couple days now , but no one calls him back . Very upsetting
Never had a problem at either branch, they have always been very friendly and helpful when I’ve called w a question, they’ve always been polite and courteous when I’ve been there in person, highly recommended imo, I am a satisfied customer
Been dealing with Neffs in Walnutport for 3 years now for my vehicle loan and they have always been great. Very friendly and professional service, always in and out, no problems! :) 5/5 Stars! Will be doing more business here in the future!
