Plastic flakes are not "natural" I trusted this store for natural bedding, so I was surprised to find the Sleepcorp pillow and mattress protectors I bought here have a polyurethane coating. After about three years it cracked and shed small white plastic flakes onto my bedding and floor. Not something I want under my face at night. Check what you're buying as some of it is far from natural.
$336 for two unusable pillows, no exchange I tried latex pillows in the showroom and bought two. In the showroom they were a cloud. At home, in a standard slip and the store's own protector, they were a brick. It was supposedly a standard pillow but I can’t comprehend anyone finding it comfortable. They were "used" for about a minute, through two layers of fabric. I brought them back to swap them for the store's own lower pillow, paying the difference. They refused. I thought i was purchasing a premium “non tox” product that they had carefully sourced from a manufacturer. Product came inside their brand bag however was a branded item once opened that can be widely bought for far less cost elsewhere. It appears on their website as their own “sourced” high quality product however the product is actually a protect-a-bed product. So scammy and unethical. I would not trust a company that conducts itself in this manor.
