Very good, knowledgeable service in store, helped me make a choice. The Cloud 9 mattress is very comfortable, the right balance of soft and firm, and great quality. Very different from other cheaper latex mattresses out in the market. The delivery guys were also incredibly helpful, getting the mattress up narrow stairs, and helping set up.
