Liz is hands down the best masseuse I've had. Not only does she have excellent technique but she's a natural healer. Her hands move right to my exact trouble spots and she works from there. I truly believe in Liz.

I don't know how anyone can rate The Natural Alternative and Liz Meadows with anything less than 5 stars- she is amazing! I have been a licensed massage therapist for 21 years, and can say without a doubt that Liz is the BEST massage therapist I have ever seen. Keen, intuitive, knowledgeable, friendly, and the perfect touch every time.
Liz is a great massage therapist! A quiet and relaxing experience, all set in a historic building downtown makes it a wonderful and easy-to-get-to location. She is incredibly accommodating and attentive to the specific differences between each person's body. Would recommend to anyone who wants a personable and professional therapeutic massage experience.
