They gave incorrect info on alteration timelines over the phone. The busiest day of my life, called to get dates prior to driving to them. Arrive and no, it would be twice that time. The clerk begins an explanation of how this misinformation may have occurred. As a potential customer I seriously don't need to know about their internal lack of organization. Amazon, ordered scissors and hemming tape will arrive in the am. Problem solved and won't return.
