Just found this bank this weekend, and started doing business with them as a first time customer. I really appreciate the service I received from this specific branch, and in general moving forward I'm excited to be dealing with The National Bank of Indianapolis!
This branch of the Bank of Indianapolis brings you advanced banking transactions with a small town atmosphere. When I need wire transfers done out of state, specific cash denominations or technical issues with my online account addressed I am met with friendly faces and a can do attitude. Lauretta, Ashley, and Mathew are like family and when my mom passed away I received a sympathy card from them in the mail. They make all the difference in a world that sometimes makes you feel like you don’t matter.
Wonderful bank, staff is really friendly, Beth is super nice and Megan was really helpful in getting my accounts started up. The customer service which I’m assuming is based downtown can be a little difficult and the fees tend to stack up. Otherwise the staff at this location are just wonderful, very satisfied.
Everyone at NBOFI is friendly and helpful, but perhaps the best is the manager at the Hazel Dell location, Ms. Megan Doster. I have been a customer for 20 years.
The manager is extremely rude. I am not a fan of this bank location
