This bank is ridiculous. A client wrote a check on a bank note issue by this bank and the bank wanted to charge a 5% fee to cash their own client’s check! How on Earth is this a fair banking practice? It’s a check issued by their client on THEIR check. Tey are simply taking advantage of people who don’t have a bank account. A disabled veteran who was simply trying to get money owed to him from their client on their bank note. Says everything I need to know about this bank. I’d stay away.
Unprofessional !! - At this location they have collected all my documentation to open an account with a safety deposit box and 2 days later denied to offer an account saying that we don't have a previous relation with the bank to open an account. Does is make sense ? Glad we are not banking with this bank. Please do not waste peoples time.
My kids favorite errand is going to the bank and eating up all the delicious snacks!!!
