Booked a regular Mani & Pedi with Nancy. She did an amazing job with the Pedi. However due to missed communication, I had Bio Gel nails, told her just to square the nails and put regular nail polish. She proceeded to removed my Bio Gel Nails then called the manager when I asked why she was removing the Bio Gel nails . They both LIED in my face that I said that I wanted the BIO GEL NAILS OFF. Which I did not even mentioned. They never explained to me that I have to have a RE-FILL before putting on new nail Polish. Refused to ... read more
I came in for my 10th birthday to get a French manicure and they did such a great job and I couldn’t be happier with my nails. Thank you so much! (This is from my boyfriends daughter)
When I first started going here they were great...very attentive and thorough, now, not so much. I have to pretty much walk them through how to do my pedicure. I got burnt twice in one session when they were removing my nails and they seemed pissed that I asked for latex free gloves as I have an allergy. The girl at the front is never pleasant - don't feel like they welcome my business... I guess, on to the next!
I got my nails done for the first time ever and it was beyond amazing! Hellen is so talented and very nice, I will definitely be coming back here again!
Came here with my mom for the first time for a pedicure and manicure. Nancy and Rin were absolutely fantastic and so kind!
