I met Julian several years ago and he has helped me though very difficult and different situations, for both business and personal. Julian repeatedly lied to me about his intended strategy after we hired for a civil fraud case involving real estate. Julian joked with co-counsel John Montgomery about the judge being “senile” and making “legally impossible rulings” Strange he didn’t report judge as he’s ethically required too. He failed to protect me as his client and refused to sue a court reporter he knows removed most of his objections from trial transcript.
