As far as we got was the first phone call. After hearing that they charge you $500 for a consultation WITH a $7,500 retainer fee so they can drain that dry without having to approve anything they are doing through you first is A SCAM!! Please do more research and go to a law firm that actually cares about the people they are helping! DO BETTER!
At first they "seemed" like they were going to be a good choice to help me with my HOA issues but it was all a scam to hustle me out of my $500 I paid for consultation. He (Mark Nacol) basically told me he was going to charge me $1,500 to write a demand letter which I had already done 3 previous times. I clearly indicated that I ONLY wanted to file suit against my HOA because all other remedies had been exhausted. I scheduled a paid consultation and requested written confirmation (invoice) of the $500 consultation fee, including the name of the attorney, scope, and basic terms of what that consultation would entail before submitting payment. This lawyer should not have a law license! BEWARE OF THIS FIRM Julian repeatedly lied to me about his intended strategy after we hired for a civil fraud case involving real estate.
