I scheduled a paid consultation and requested written confirmation (invoice) of the $500 consultation fee, including the name of the attorney, scope, and basic terms of what that consultation would entail before submitting payment. I was seeking clarity as part of my due diligence. Instead of receiving that information in writing, I was directed to call the office. All details and state complaints will be made public @ Hannah Sprague. I believe Julian Nacol committed fraud and malpractice and intentionally sabotaged my entire case! This lawyer should not have a law license! BEWARE OF THIS FIRM Julian repeatedly lied to me about his intended strategy after we hired for a civil fraud case involving real estate. The old man Mr. Nacol is a greedy bitter person. I had a consultation on zoom that was supposed to be a hour long. Said it would be free but needed card on file. The old man talked maybe 10 to 15 min. Told me it would be 10,000, for him to take my case. And charged my card 450 for a 10 to 15 min call. What a ripoff!!! And a liar! Said would not charge my card. Only if we would talk over an hour. But not even close. So be careful with the little greedy old man. He will lie and get you. Dishonest, untrustworthy and scam.

I met Julian several years ago and he has helped me though very difficult and different situations, for both business and personal. He has always been there for me and I greatly appreciate his honesty, directness, and dedication. He has been there through some of my most difficult times in my life. I am grateful that I have him in my corner! His staff has always been polite, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend his firm.
