Fantastic sports massage, Matt knew exactly what I needed to help my recovery from a long run. Would highly recommend The Muscle Mechanics and will definitely be going back.
Adisa has the magic touch! She manages to get into all the tight spots (some I wasn’t even aware of) and loosens everything up. She gets into the deep tissue but knows the balance between getting in there and not wanting you to be uncomfortable. She’s also very warm and personable. Would recommend her to anyone!
Theo is 11/10. Professional and great at finding all the areas that need work. He is so accomodating and knowledgeable. He and Matt are my go to when I need any sort of physical body help.
