I really wanted to like this firm as a woman-led firm. If I had not terminated this attorney and firm, my son could have been uprooted from his home and place of security as we live in another state due to the case being neglected and not handled with care. It’s been a very frustrating process. I don’t want to put all the details here or do to much complaining but it’s been a journey. They will nickel and dime you for whole process and when you’re done and ask for the rest of the retainer fee they ignore you but when you owe they will send you 2-3 messages daily. I just don’t understand. I expect so much more from a company that is expensive. The lawyer was great though. Can’t remember her name. But the rest of my experience hasn’t been the best.
