We visited this pottery painting shop as a relaxing activity with two adults and two kids (ages 15 and 10). The process was simple: when you walk in, you choose a piece from the wall display, grab a table, and get started painting. The paint colors are easy to view on the sample table, and you pick up the bottles you want from the side. they broke what i made and no refunds, only a voucher to go make it again that had to be cashed within like 3 days or something stupid. downtown would be better with literally any other shop here than an overpriced and immoral pottery place.
A really sweet guy that helped us. He stayed open to make sure we finished our pottery. They also hold classes for longer projects :)
Went with 4 friends as walk ins for my birthday, employee was incredibly nice and helpful. So many color and pottery options to work with as well as stamps! Was a little pricey but worth the price for the experience. Fun for all ages!
Really disappointed they lost the Unicorn my granddaughter and I made together and the employee said they couldn't refund our money or let her make a new one. She was really excited about getting it back and so was I. Not feeling very confident we'll get a resolution to this problem.
