Previously, we had reached out as a group of 4 to The Mud Room about when is best for us to come. We were told that though it will be busy on a Saturday, there would be walk in tables available to us. We waited to come until the time they said best, and when we got there we found zero tables open. Not only that, but not a single worker came up to talk to us and simply ignored our presence. It was uncomfortable, frustrating, and felt incredibly rude. A very disappointing experience overall.

We visited this pottery painting shop as a relaxing activity with two adults and two kids (ages 15 and 10). The process was simple: when you walk in, you choose a piece from the wall display, grab a table, and get started painting. The paint colors are easy to view on the sample table, and you pick up the bottles you want from the side. The attendant gave us quick instructions about how many coats to apply, but otherwise there wasn’t much guidance. they broke what i made and no refunds, only a voucher to go make it again that had to be cashed within like 3 days or something stupid. downtown would be better with literally any other shop here than an overpriced and immoral pottery place.
