Pete and PJ were amazing to work with. They were very kind, respectful and resourceful. They took great care with all of my items and were a pleasure to be around. Would hire them again! Thank you for making my move so smooth, I was so stressed and they made me feel safe and secure all along the way.
This guy Adam is a con artist. He will ask you for a deposit via Apple Pay within 5 mins of your call and then not come through on the day you schedule and not return you your money back. I have reported the company to better business bureau. People with companies like these will not sustain.
I would have left zero stars but I'm required to leave at least one star. This company put my friend through the wringer today. It was a nightmare. Had a move scheduled at 9am either this company and they NEVER showed up or called. When my friend called them they said they had a broken truck and would call in 30 minutes, they never even responded back. Called the listed number and talked to Adam who immediately had a quote to move my treadmill from downstairs to upstairs. No gimmicks or annoyingly needing to supply an email and number and address to get a quote like the other crook big names in town. They had a crew out to my house within 45 minutes of the phone call and moved my 300+ lb treadmill gently upstairs without scratching or scuffing anything.
