They are just a middleman. They farm the conveyancing out to various solicitors around the country. After 2 weeks the first one did not want to do it and it got passed to another. Next time I will find a decent solicitor and deal with them direct.
Not a great experience, has to literally push hard to make this happen, and when we did move we found 2 floors flooded and the team couldnt care a less, but correct way to report was through my solicitior. Not all charges (Searches) are quoted for.
