Company is a total Joke. Caused over 12,000.00 in lost, damaged and broken items almost a year ago and has not paid a penny! They have not even offered the federally mandated .60 a pound. They left three items totaling over 5,000.00 in another state and even found one item yet won't return it. I recently used The Moving Experience for my local move, and I regret every moment. Here's why: 1. Hidden Costs: The initial quote was deceptive. On moving day, they demanded additional payment *after* loading all our home into their truck, leaving us feeling scammed. 2. CHANGE ORDER!! : An additional charge of $2000 appeared on our credit card. I do not consent to extortion!!
