We used Billy and his team for our move from Virginia Beach to northern Virginia. They packed our three bedroom apartment for us as well. They did a phenomenal job! Everyone was prompt and professional. Nothing was broken or damaged. They went above and beyond my expectations. I also really liked how they gave us a complete quote upfront as opposed to other movers in the area I talked to who told me prices could vary depending on x, y, and z factors. I wish I had read more reviews before hiring them. They promised climate-controlled storage, but when I got my things back, some electronics were ruined from humidity. This is false advertising and a huge financial loss for me.
I used this company for a move and short-term storage, and I regret it deeply. My furniture was scratched, boxes were opened, and items were missing. Customer service ignored my complaints and refused to take responsibility. Worst decision ever.
Great experience during a dynamic move! Would certainly hire this crew again—they got it done safely, efficiently, and with zero issues!
