I initially contacted The Movement in 2023 when I needed to rehab a broken ankle and was also experiencing pain in both knees. The experience was great, and unlike any other physio clinic I had been to before. Through hour-long sessions in the gym that focused on strength training, I saw steady progress while working with Will. Boy was I wrong. After taking things easy for about 8 weeks, and having the smallest activity (long walks) causing great pain and aggravation, I finally reached out for some help. After speaking to Lauren an... read more

Believe all the reviews! I came to The Movement thinking I would never fully recover and I left being better and more confident than pre-injury. My story is that I suffered a grade 3 acromioclavicular joint separation in my right shoulder, Due to having a physical job and playing multiple sports frequently I knew it was important to find a good physiotherapist to help me build a program to getting back to work and sports. After doing research and reading all the other good reviews I reached out to The Movement and spoke with... read more
