The Movement was great! I have been to many different physios for rehab from various injuries, but the Movement is hands down the best I have ever been to. They truly care about your well being and recovery. Their focus on developing a plan for you, working with you on your rehabilitation and rebuilding your strength so you can return to your lifestyle and the sports you love is second to none.

Dalton’s background in varsity-level football gave him a unique ability to relate to my son’s goals... read more
Excellent experience at the Movement; major progress on relieving neck and arm nerve issues, DDD in cervical spine pain/discomfort, and shoulder pain; Dalton especially adept at innovative mobility and strengthening exercises that minimize discomfort; recommended

With that idea stuck in my head, I decided to venture over to The Movement Physio & Performance Clinic, out of curiosity, on Hatt Street, where the first thing I was told by Lauren, the front office manager was that they don't use Ultrasound as a therapy tool. Oh! Instead you would get a ... read more
