Before discovering The Movement Company, I had visited several different physio clinics and was ready to give up... After one visit, I realized that the approach that they took at The Movement Co. was very different from the average clinic and I was so pleased to have found them. I feel the best I’ve felt in years and I had no clue it was even possible... 10/10 recommend The Movement Company! They went above and beyond my expectations and I can’t thank the team enough for the life changing work that they do!
I went to Movement Co. for a bike fit. Staff is welcoming and warm (ask for their coffee if you drink coffee. It’s delicious!). Dr. Luc was thorough in his approach to fitting the bike to my body (i.e. seat, pedals, stem, bars, shifters, cleats, stepping pressure points, height, goals) and answered all my questions. At the end of the appointment, I felt so comfortable on my bike that it was like my bike was hugging me when on it. I am very much looking forward to even more fun rides ahead!
After 8 years of struggling with plantar fasciitis and diabetes, I started feeling better from the very first week. I’m truly grateful from the bottom of my heart. Dr. Sasha is exceptional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!
This is my second bike fit with Luc, having already done my Cannondale about 7 years ago. Today, he adjusted my Trek gravel and cleats on my shoes. I’ve already hooked my bike to my trainer and will give it a go tonight. Phil
