I'm coming at the end of a rehab stint for my shoulder. John did a great job in pointing out where I was weak and showing me preventative exercises so I'm no longer trying to "protect" my shoulder during a Crossfit regime. I highly recommend these folks.
Highly recommend. Jordan and the team at Movement have been incredible to work with. I was suffering with a debilitating neck injury, and they were able to see me quickly and get me moving again. One month later, and I’m almost back to 100%. Appreciate the modern, nuanced personalized approach!

John and the rest of the staff were great. Quick to diagnose, clear and concise with their communication. Great PTs all around.
I had a great experience with the Movement Clinic! Dylan was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tools to work through my back pain. Would highly recommend!
