Great facilities and the PT service with Ben was great as well, would recommend!
Excellent studio and fitness facility. Personal training available, or self-led training (with regular check-ins and program updates). Incredibly supportive team who guide you from rehab to strength progress, allowing you to meet the challenges you have in front of you.
Love the variety of classes, the structure of SRC as never get bored like a normal gym and the community makes it too! Made some great friends 🧡
Great and friendly local gym that is never overcrowded, you're never lost in the gym as you're assigned a PT when you join which helps with commitment and accountability to your exercise goals! Would recommend to beginners and experienced gym goers!
