The Children's Garden was fun to explore with my daughter. It was the first Tails on the Trails weekend, the first time dogs were allowed. Very exciting and lots of hugs for doggies from my kid. The arboretum has miles and miles of hiking trails and bike paths. There are bike rentals. If you do not want to go to another mall or Chuck E Cheese come here for the outdoors with the family.

I absolutely love the Arb. All the trees and trails and birds and flowers and deer and FRESH AIR. It's a great escape from all the stress that life throws at us.

I used to live across the highway from the Arboretum. We moved when I was fairly young so I really didn't appreciate it. Now that I've come back to visit a couple times. I know if I still lived here, I'd have an annual membership and visit several times a month. So beautiful. Nature, exercise, wildlife, family time. Doesn't get any better.

I have this big, beautiful place in my backyard and I visit several times a week sometimes. Walking the trails, biking the roads, reading about the trees and plants (I wouldn't know half the things I've learned about trees, wildflowers, and animals if I hadn't spent so much time here), photographing all the good, wild things that live there... There's nothin... read more

Being reconnected to the circle of life and realizing my place in it. I am just a tiny part of it all, and it humbles me and grounds my thinking.
