Cannot recommend stephen and his branch enough. We sold our old property and purchased a new one and stephen was there to talk us through the whole process. He went through all the possible mortgage products available to us and explained in simple financial terms what it all meant. He laid out everything and left the decision to us. He advised us on what he felt was best for us financially but left it for us to decide.
