If there were more than 5 stars available to give to Scott I'd do it! That's because his knowledge and ability to take what can seem to be complex (to those of us who aren't mortgage lenders) and put things into understandable terms is outstanding. This is not my first mortgage or refinance working with Scott yet it was by far the easiest due largely to Scott's expertise in making sure all of the "moving pieces" were handled in the most efficient way. My wife, Bonnie, and I have just completed refinanceing our home with Scott Vickers of "The Mortgage Resource". The entire experience was as stress free as any major financial transaction could be. I just completed a refinance of my home with The Mortgage Resource and I cannot sing Scott’s praises loud enough. This was a very emotional time for me personally and he was the calm I needed during this process. He answered all my questions….and I’ve been told I ask a lot. We’ve used Scott to refinance several times, and he is excellent. Very diligent about monitoring rates to get the best possible, and works hard to get the process completed quickly. Highly recommend!
