Excellent!! Would rate 10 stars if I could. Lucy was always quick and knowledgeable. She made the process so smooth and was very quick answering questions. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.
I honestly couldn't recommend Lucy enough! She's so helpful and knowledgeable at every step! She's helped us come out of a fixed term mortgage and get a new mortgage at a great rate! She's always at the end of the phone and no question is a problem to her! She really put my partner and I at ease throughout the whole process, I couldn't fault anything!
