I remortgaged a property with them and signed to say that the maximum charge was 1 percent. They changed this too 2 percent as I was completing and it was too late to back out. I should point out the reason was because I am an expat. There was also an admin fee of £395 and they also recieved a payment from the mortgage company. Joel and Steve worked diligently getting my remortgage through. I'm quite a complex case with lots of different businesses, but they were able to structure a deal that was better value than anywhere else and worked with both myself and the mortgage provider to get it over the line.
