After being declined a mortgage even with an agreement in principle, I was panicked. The mortgage heroes really do live up to their name, Oliver stepped in and saved the day. Within a week he had put together an application with a different lender that worked out very similar price with a shorter term length. He spoke to me with clear and concise information from the start that made it all very easy to understand even as a layman. Ollie is an absolutely fantastic mortgage advisor, nothing is too much trouble and he knows the ins and outs of the mortgage market extremely well. We had some excellent advise on a complicated mortgage and he saw us through to the end despite us making several changes along the way which meant extra work for him. He was conscientious, timely, responsive, and most importantly understanding of the stresses and strains that can sometimes be attached to applying for a mortgage.
