If i could leave 0 starts i would. I don't know how this company is still doing business. I've been in real estate for 6 years and never had an issue refinancing a home or units but with them I was waiting over 3 months and still nothing. They stuck at following up with clients. Just to dragg you along thinking they will get it done. To this day we never got an explanation.
The mortgage guys are amazing . We needed money and refinanced a home and within a couple of weeks were stress free. Tim went over and beyond. He is still helping us. Thank you again THE MORTGAGE GUYS. I can’t express how much they helped us.
They said they couldn’t give me the loan I wanted, that it was too small. But I found another loan office to go through and they decided to lower it because they knew I was leaving. Was then harassed by JJ when I refused to come back.
Myself I been talking tim witch he informed me he was one of the owners. We came to agreement on a loan and nothing came through. According to Tim I am good to go. It should only take around 2 weeks. Again no replys back from this firm. Do not recommend this firm.
