Well let's start with why a one star. Kaleb Swayze. He was my Loan originator. Well I got as far as a Pre Approval letter. Pre approved 350k, offered a house for 350k. Then 3 days into contract. Calls me to say we can't work with you. Drops me. Then tells my realtor that I changed my mind on a lender. Back stabbing and what's the point of a Pre Approval if you can't even be approved with THE SAME LENDER...worst experience ever.
