We had a transaction and our buyer used Mortgage Factory for financing. It was a NIGHTMARE! We had a closing on our new home purchase scheduled two days after we were supposed to close on our sale. The excuse we were given for a week long delay that left us stranded in a hotel with everything we owned in a truck was that a photo was missing from the appraisal report. I made the decision to re-mortgage my home and began calling companies. Most of the mortgage companies were trying to upsell me and were calling me constantly.
