Holly was unprofessional and rude. We are first time home buyers, as well as business owners. Our case might have been a little harder than regular ones. Holly never updated us, we would have to reach out to get an update. She would tell us that she was going to do something and call us in two days, wouldn't. 4 days go by and we call to get an update, she didn't do it because something was wrong but we were never informed it needed to be updated. I am very thankful to meet Mr. Jaber who has got me the mortgage renwal with a good rate. I would not stop right there, to continue to thank him for a such sevice. He fought really hard to get me a good mortgage rate. I would definetly say spent lots of time checking with many lenders to please his clients, with lower rates than other institutions may offer.
