Does not return phone calls. Was supposed to hear back asap. It’s been over 2 months. Never seen ghosting like this before.
No one returns my calls
Tracy from Elliot Lake was amazing to work with and made sure to spend the time needed to meet our finances deadline.
Was approved and was told that he will contact me as soon as the bank sends the documentation. All of a sudden Joel stops responding to emails, calls or texts. Most unprofessional situation I've ever been in. This will cost us thousands so we are getting a lawyer. I noticed many more people with similar comments. Anyone who has been financially impacted by Joel and the mortgage center who wants to join the legal proceedings please let me know. Joel should not be in a service industry.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
