Had a great experience after waiting for over two weeks with another broker Todd had me pre-approved in a couple days, answered my questions no matter what time or time zone it was, and helped get me into my first house. I assume Todd sleeps but you’d never know it because he always seems to be available to help out.
Todd is hands-down the best mortgage broker I’ve ever worked with. Having completed multiple deals with him, I can confidently say his efficiency, clear communication, and industry expertise are top-tier. All these 5 star reviews are of course, fabricated. As Google censors your reviews, lets just say Todd was terrible (not even close to the right word) to deal with. From his little attitude, to he doesn't like being asked questions (always a red flag!!), to my emails that sometimes he ignores (dont you love being ignored, when I pay you thousands of dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!))))and you have to ask again in a week or some of the time they are just so blatantly incorrect that its beyond obvious he is just saying nonsense... read more
Steve Romain is a man of many hats, incredible human being and on the ball with everything he sets out to accomplish. Steve was able to be blunt and straight to the point with us because we asked him to do so, from the time we first walked into his office until we bought a house approximately 5 months later he was professional and ethical with us never left us in the dark, always answered his phone or called us back in a timely fashion.
