Thank you very much to the team at Money Guardian, especially to Dom and Claire, for helping me to get my first mortgage. Our 5-year fixed rate mortgage was coming to an end in May this year and like most people, our current mortgage provider was not offering a competitive solution. I contacted Dom through a personal recommendation. Although I would ultimately require a remortgage, initially I needed a detailed mortgage capacity report which Dom undertook quickly and collaboratively ensuring it addressed my needs. He subsequently supported updated iterations and his reports represented excellent value for money. Dom and the team at The Money Guardian were extremely helpful in getting us our first mortgage! We were nervous of the process beforehand, particularly as I am self-employed, but Dom and his team made it as straightforward as possible, were easily contactable and kept an eye on interest rates for us through the process to ensure that we got the best deal. We won't be looking anywhere else if we choose to move house or remortgage. We will go straight back to these guys! Highly recommend.
