Wow. What a con and dishonest company. I see now why its rating is so low. If I could give it zero, I would. The tag said the item was ready and available (see picture). Excellent-I thought. Small. I can take it now. No. Not available until early December or possibly in the new year. This store carries no stock. So items have to come down from Brisbane to it’s own showroom (not to your property) at an additional cost ($35). If there’s an additional cost, include it in the ticket price. Good products. Reasonable prices. Fast efficient delivery at a time when many furniture products take months to get delivered.
Beautiful, very well made, simple, elegant furniture. The Den chairs and Arna coffee table work well in my small apartment. Hint: Ask if the product you wish to buy is in stock. If it’s not it can be quite a wait.
Beautiful things in their Braddon store. Sometimes they have absolutely lovely staff but today I was not so lucky. Clearly if you’re not spending thousands of dollars your custom doesn’t matter.
