Great experience from the moment we walked in, to getting the chair delivered. We knew we wanted a massage chair, but how do you pick one out online? You don't- go see "The Modern Back" they explain the differences between the chairs and let you experience them for yourself without the high-pressure sales. It is an education, and we paid less than if we ordered it online. Even better- we have someone local to ask questions and move it if we move down the road. We love Modern Back. We had personalized service when we were picking out our chair and were able to try every model we wanted to. Financing was easy. We got our chair within 2 weeks of finalizing the order. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery staff was very polite and friendly. We both are using our Kairos chair at least once a day. It's so convenient to have our own massage chair and use it whenever we want. We highly recommend The Modern Back.
