My wife and I shopped for months to find the right massage chair at the right price. We shopped the road shows at Costco and Sam’s Club as well as the stores and the internet (which I don’t recommend). We visited the Modern Back showroom and worked with Daniel, who spent nearly two hours with us showing different models and explaining all the features. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and helped us choose the perfect chair that met all our needs. Daniel also coordinated the delivery and arranged removal of our old chair, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our new chair was delivered just three days after our showroom visit.
