We visited the Modern Back showroom and worked with Daniel, who spent nearly two hours with us showing different models and explaining all the features. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and helped us choose the perfect chair that met all our needs. Daniel also coordinated the delivery and arranged removal of our old chair, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our new chair was delivered just three days after our showroom visit. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend Daniel and Modern Back!

I just had my massage chair from The Modern Back delivered by a couple of great guys today Charles & James. They made it look so easy! I was worried about a bedroom door not having the width needed. Charles said “don’t do anything till I get there & let me see what I can do!” They not only got it through the doorway, assembled it & put in place, then cleaned up in a timely fashion.
