I came here to join a Penmanship class by the talented Barbara Nichols. The classes are held on Saturday afternoon. Learned so much in this class and the use of the early and current pens.
Absolutely beautiful looking place and nice selection. The only issue I find is the prices. I buy all my Classic carlectables 1:18 scale cars online hunting for the best prices and decided to check this place out. There was a 1:18 vf ss redline by biante in nitrate silver for $320, I purchased one on eBay for $255 no issue. I was also looking at a Vf HSV by Downie collectables in 1:43 and it was $99, after a quick search I found it for $80.
A brilliant store. Elise was very helpful in finding a great and timeless anniversary present for my partner. The Pen Shoppe on the lower level shares some stock with The Model Shoppe, but I loved the atmosphere of the latter :) Will definitely visit again. Thank you for the great experience!!
