I walked in just to see if I could maybe look at the dresses to see what they had (I drove 4 hours) but the two women who were there just gave me a dirty look and very rudely told me I needed an appointment. I understand the appointment thing but there was literally NO ONE else there at the time. It’s not like I was looking to try them on. They made me feel guilty for even walking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The overall experience was very smooth and positive. Rented tux for a wedding. Would rent from here again.
