Went in to ask about a new screen for my phone and he told me it was £200 but I went to other places and they told me £80. I've seen so many bad reviews about this place and will never go back here. AVOID AT ALL COST
Avoid like the plague when it comes to phone repairs. Broke the Face ID on my phone when it came in for a screen replacement, and claimed that it was that way before it went into the shop. Used the suggestion of water damage to deflect blame away from himself, notwithstanding it was functioning fine beforehand. Then wants more money to repair the Face ID. My iphone needed a replacement speaker & also a new screen, Jazz advised me the new speaker would be £95 & the new screen £70. A new Screen protector was kindly put on my phone as it had one on originally. My iPhone is working well & I can hear clearly now. Many thanks for the repairs Jazz
Annual repost of this shop that changes name every year. Reposting an old review from years ago, looks like it's been removed but the same people obviously own the place. Scammed me of a phone "repair", ended up breaking it in process and refused a refund. managed to get my money back via my bank. Avoid. Edit: In reply, your company broke my phone, not me, and you refused to give me a refund.
Brilliant no fuss quick service.i had phone unlocked so i can use abroad and new screen on Apple Iphone. I have used several shops in Hatfield, Stevenage & Welwyn over the years but this was a better price and service.
