An absolute gentleman. Considerate and understanding of our iPhone SE situation. We had called originally at the EE shop as we use them for our data. Didn’t want to know us or the phone. Can’t get a new battery, can’t transfer the data. You need a new phone. What a contrast to that attitude by our gentleman at The Mobile Shop. A new iPhone SE with case £140 with 12 months warranty and all data from the old phone to the new one Highly recommend him and will use him for all my phone and laptop requirements in the future.
