Horrible service. Do not go to this place! They will act sweet to get your money and promise a 90 day guarantee but they do not fix your device and you come to get a refund they refuse. I brought my MacBook here and the manager suggested a battery replacement. He charged me $300 and also took my iPad to look over it. It has been weeks and I have yet to even see or hear about my iPad yet. My MacBook worked for 2 days and then shut down. My friend was way over charged for her MacBook and wasn’t even given a WRITTEN quote. The estimated price was $300-$400. Then they proceeded to charge her $500 and gave no detail to why it was extra. don’t waste your money if this business can’t even give a proper quote with the pricing of areas that needed fixing. Horrible customer service.

Save your money, save your time. go literally anywhere else! I brought my device in for repairs, and not only did it take six weeks of zero communication, but when I finally got it back, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off! Absolutely no care, no urgency, and no accountability. If you value your time and your device, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
