Spoke to Rob at mobile Doctor regarding broken iPhone screen. It was Sunday and I was surprised nicely that Rob had answered. To which I am glad he did. Agreed a date and time for next day. Rob was extremely busy on the day but kept me informed due him having to cover someone who was off sick. As greed came to the house and fixed my iPhone screen. That’s what I call a world class service. Thanks Rob.
Many thanks to Rob and the team for fixing my iPhone same day. For some time my phone was struggling to charge and at the same time I wanted to replace the back of the phone that had cracked. I called Rob at 9.30 am and dropped the phone that afternoon. The phone was returned same day that evening, with a new charging port and replacement rear case at very reasonable cost. Absolutely brilliant service and repair! Rob contacted me immediately I requested a quote, quoted a reasonable price for a new iPhone battery and rear screen, and then collected and returned it in 4 hrs the next day, in an Uber because hos car was being repaired! Truly above and beyond. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
Poor level of service, difficult to get hold of as despite being a mobile expert, he seems to struggle to find the answer button on the phone. Eventually the one time he did answer he said he would look into getting the parts and call me back, and surprise surprise he never did. Went elsewhere with better customer service.
Rob did an amazing job on a completely smashed iphone for us. We had already got a replacement phone before but needed the phone up and running to transfer the data. Both front and back and home buttons were completely smashed to smithereens. We honestly thought it was unsalvageable but held out hope. Rob had it up and running within minutes. Honestly could not thank him enough. A top man. Would recommend. Thanks.
