This review is long overdue. I have waited to post it until the all parties have completed the legal due process of Mr. Mlarnik. The results are that as of November 28, 2018, CA state bar has recommended John Mlnarik is recommending suspending Mr. Mlnarik be suspended for a year from the practice of law. This discipline will be imposed on Mr. Mlnarik once the Supreme Court accepts the State Bar Court's recommendation.
