Needed to transfer money from my savings to checking to pay a bill wasn’t working on the app so went to the atm in Wentzville and didn’t work on there either they were closed but staff was still there so I pulled up to the window for assistance and they had the blinds closed and were peering through the blinds laughing and not saying anything at all the finally opened them and I explained my situation and they didn’t bother to help at all I understand they were closed but they were unprofessional and could’ve handled it a lo... read more
Ridiculous policy with 'suspected fraud' to account.. never heard of being required to fax or mail copies of license and utility bill. If you think there's fraud, cancel card, mail another like every other bank.
Understaffed, waited 45 minutes before being waited on due to another customer, 1, she was already with. Update, Missouri Bank called me within hour of posting. Very satisfied with response, 5 stars
