Ridiculous policy with 'suspected fraud' to account.. never heard of being required to fax or mail copies of license and utility bill. If you think there's fraud, cancel card, mail another like every other bank.
Understaffed, waited 45 minutes before being waited on due to another customer, 1, she was already with. Update, Missouri Bank called me within hour of posting. Very satisfied with response, 5 stars
If you all are going to be closed during the time that google says you’re open, at least change your voicemail so we would know if you are actually open or closed. Thank you
