Don't even waste your time calling them. I called them 3 times on the space of 3 weeks. Every time they'd say that a lawyer wasn't available; which is understandable, then said that they'd get back to me but didn't do it. On every single one of these calls, I'd have to explain my case all over again; realizing that no one was actually writing this down. This place is a complete joke. I referred my daughter to this organization and what a mess. No one ever responds to e-mail or telephone calls. This was a wrongful termination from Sutter Medical Centers. The attorney at consultation had us bring in a ton of paperwork and told us that if they could not handle the case that he would help us to find another attorney.
