Don't even waste your time calling them. I called them 3 times on the space of 3 weeks. Every time they'd say that a lawyer wasn't available; which is understandable, then said that they'd get back to me but didn't do it. On every single one of these calls, I'd have to explain my case all over again; realizing that no one was actually writing this down.
