I started the sessions in one of the worst places I have ever been. I felt low and that I couldn’t see the positive in any situation. Had an excellent experience with Nic, he was professional yet welcoming and creates a wonderful space in which you can feel safe enough to truly explore your inner world. This was my first real experience with therapy and Nic helped me achieve a breakthrough which has helped me to recognise habitual patterns of behaviour and to move beyond them. Would very much recommend seeing him if therapy is on the agenda for you.
Nic I’ve been trying to write this review now for a while. And I’ve come to the conclusion that there aren’t words that can fully explain or give enough credit to how much Nic has helped me.
