I have found my sessions with Nic extremely helpful. You have to tell yourself it's never too late to change and actually feel better or make improvements in the way you think. It doesn't happen over night and you have to work at it, but it will be so worth it. I have finished my sessions with Nic, but I will take away the valuable lessons I learnt about the way I and other people think and know that I can get through difficult situations, negative thoughts and anxiety using straight forward and practical techniques. Nic has the skill and clinical insight to address and support you through your personal journey. If you come in heavy, you will leave lighter, confused, you will leave feeling supported. Nic provided me with a safe environment to explore and restructure my thoughts. I personally found him professional and supportive. Thank you Nic.

Nic was wonderful to work with. Found the sessions so useful, and I have finally been able to work through something which has been affecting me for such a long time. I felt listened too and very comfortable during the sessions. If you are struggling please seek out and get some support, it really does help.

Would highly recommend Nic for counselling. I had 2 sets of 6 sessions. I’ve just completed my final session and can happily say I feeling like a different person. Nic put me at ease from the very start and gave me the tools to be able to move forward and clear my mind of all the negative thoughts and worries. The mindfulness skills I have learnt from Nic will stay with me forever and have worked wonders. I’m happy to known that Nic’s door is always open though, should I ever need to go back. Thank you so much Nic.
