Terrible company, do not buy from them. They do not answer their phone (an answering service blocks for them) and they did not actually fulfill my order. When I tried to get confirmation of the order, no response. When I tried to cancel the order, no response.
This is a well made case of hardwood and glass. I would advise anyone in the market for a flag case to spend the extra money for a case made in USA by United States veterans.
We are looking forward to receiving the gorgeous flag case and stand. We received our folded flag at Arlington National Cemetery during our beloved son’s burial. I wanted a beautiful display for the flag. However I ordered the wrong size display case. When I realized this, the company corrected my error without additional charge or hassle. The cherry wood burial flag case I ordered was beautiful. It was well-crafted, the wood was as pictured and perfect. The case size held my husband’s burial flag with no wrinkling of flag. The packaging held the case securely and was undamaged in transit. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend.
