Flag display case and engraved tag were beautiful.
Stay clear of this place. Something is definitely not right. I ordered a display case and the website says "We ship all US domestic orders within 3-5 business days!" I called the number on the website 2 weeks later when there was no movement on the shipping label. I never revcieved a call back. I then emailed the seller and was told it was custom made and takes longer. So I ordered a case over 11 days ago and the site says normally ships within a few days. I received the tracking number 9 days ago with no movement. I figured there was the possibility it was being made or something so i decided to call the number on the website and it is an answering service. I left my name and number with the lady and never revcieved a call back. I also sent an email with no response either. At this point I think I have been scammed and will have to call me credit card company.
We've used The Military gift Store on a flag case. They are quick to respond, easy to deal with, and very helpful. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.
Needed a flag case urgently, ordered and item arrived next day. Superb.
