My mortgage bank was taken over by Middlefield Bank in early 2023. My mortgage account transfer was botched. I can no longer pay my mortgage online unless I open a checking account with Middlefield. Tried option after option. They botched it on so many levels, nothing works which we discovered after HOURS of phone calls.
