This is a team not just one man! Michael and his wife Becky are the best of the best. As long as you truly have your credit in order and your credit records for the last two years they can get you a great deal. We paid about $1,000 to get a .625 point reduction and walked away with a 3.125%. If I had ANY questions Becky was always there to guide me.
