We stopped in with a mechanical issue on a bike. We were from out of town, but we were treated like a regular customer. They had our bike on the stand within 2 minutes of us walking in the door. They identified the problem and pulled a used part from under the counter that repaired our bike and got us on out the door in less than 20 minutes. Told us that no one on vacation deserves to have bike issues, and they did not charge us for the repair! Our son was sooo relieved to have his bike up and running so quickly. Thank you!
Can't say enough great things! The Meteor bike shop always has what you need and the mechanics and staff are outstanding. I was here 4 times over the weekend and a return customer from years past. Race weekend, lots of bike issues, John and Bobbie dropped everything to quick help get the race bike back in racing shape. Amazing service and genuine hospitality. Thanks!
John in the Meteor bike shop is probably one of the best humans to grace the earth with his presence. I was at Meteor on no special terms on May 2nd 2026. John was gracious, patient, and technically capable. He fixed my MTB. That’s the shortest way I can explain it. All he cared about was that I had fun in Bentonville and that I was back on the trails that day. He fixed my bike. He is the man. You won’t find anyone else out there like John.
