Great experience. Was passing through from Georgia to Colorado and wanted to ride for the day here in Bentonville and bent my derailleur hanger due to slight mishap. It was 30 minutes before closing and he got me right in and squared it away without hesitation. He did not want to charge me but I paid him anyway. Thank you Meteor and I will be back.
We were looking for an authorized Canyon service center and chose the Meteor to service my son’s bike. We received crazy quick, kind service. The shop is beautiful, the employees are knowledgeable and you can grab a cup of coffee on the way out. What’s not to love??

We stopped in with a mechanical issue on a bike. We were from out of town, but we were treated like a regular customer. They had our bike on the stand within 2 minutes of us walking in the door. They identified the problem and pulled a used part from under the counter that repaired our bike and got us on out the door in less than 20 minutes. Told us that no one on vacation deserves to have bike issues, and they did not charge us for the repair! Our son was sooo relieved to have his bike up and running so quickly. Thank you!
